Terms and Conditions for the Make-A-Wish Australia Trade Lottery

1. Organiser

This lottery is organized by Ellenbrook Community Radio, also known as 88.5FM, who is a Community Supporter of Make-A-Wish Australia. By entering, you agree that your entry is subject to these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • Residency: This lottery is open exclusively to residents of Western Australia.
  • Age: Participants must be of legal age under WA law (typically 18 years or older).
  • Entry Requirements: Only entries with complete and accurate personal details will be accepted. Anonymous donations or entries submitted without the required information will not be eligible for entry.

3. How to Enter

  • Donation Requirement: To enter the lottery, you must make a donation via our designated Make-A-Wish Australia page.
  • Submission of Details: Along with your donation, you must provide all required personal information (such as full name, contact details, and residential address) to confirm your entry.
  • Single Entry: Only one donation per person is accepted. Each eligible donation constitutes one entry into the lottery, and multiple donations from the same individual will not be accepted.

4. Promotional Period

5. Prize Details and Winner Selection

6. Prize Collection

  • Collection Requirement: Prizes must be collected in person from the designated location provided by the organizer.
  • No Shipping: No shipping or delivery of prizes is available.
