Digital Loyalty Cards
Your Digital Loyalty Card is Here!
Supporting Ellenbrook’s local businesses just got a whole lot more rewarding. We’ve added a brand-new digital loyalty card right inside your Radio VCA 88.5FM app!
Next time you stop by your favourite local spots—like Flower Scentral, Perth Stripes and Signs, or Cutting Edge Butchers—just open up your app, tap Open Scanner, and scan their business code. You’ll instantly rack up your total scans, level up your supporter tier, and unlock exclusive community benefits.
Head to the Loyalty tab in your app to see your current level progression and start scanning!
Birthday Register
We’ve added a brand-new birthday register to the Loyalty & Supporter Console! Admins can now easily track upcoming birthdays for our community supporters.
The new dashboard displays a clear countdown of days remaining for each member, along with their tier status, so you'll never miss an opportunity to send out birthday wishes or station perks.
Record your shoutout
Want to hear your own voice on air? We’ve just launched our brand-new Voice Shoutout feature on the Radio VCA 88.5 FM platform!
Whether you want to send a general shoutout to the station, request and dedicate your favourite song, leave a message for a specific programme host, or share your latest feedback and ideas, it’s now easier than ever.
Just head over to the Shoutout tab, type in your name, pick your topic, and tap the microphone to record a quick message (up to 15 seconds).
Hit submit, and you could be hearing yourself on Ellenbrook's community radio station very soon!

Submit Event
Community groups and other event organisers can now submit their event directly through the app.
They click the button, which takes them to the form which they fill in with all the details (including images)
The event needs to be approved by an admin before it will appear on the app.
Some admin editing may be needed.
Featured Event
Events show on the first page in red – these cards show only the first 4 events that are coming up.
We have added a feature event card – shown in blue – that will show an event that we feel is important.
The feature event is turned on within the new event console by an approved admin.
