Below are the 4 steps in the dispute and reolution processes.

Step 1

Try to resolve the dispute informally by talking to the person you have the dispute with or by contacting a mediator.



Step 2

If you are unable to resolve the dispute informally, file a formal complaint with the station.



Step 3

The station will investigate the complaint and may hold a hearing.



Step 4

If the station finds that there has been a breach of the station’s policies or procedures, it may take disciplinary action against the person who filed the complaint or the person who is the subject of the complaint.
