Ellenbrook Radio, 88.5 fm was officially launched live to air, the 9th of December 2006.
Our very first show on the air was Concert Hall with John Shriver, a classical music program, Concert Hall is still playing every Sunday starting at 10 p.m. after all these years.
From 2006 we operated with a limited cast license and under the name Ellenbrook Radio 88fm.
On December 3rd, 2015, we were granted a temporary broadcasting license and started broadcasting as Radio VCA 88.5FM.
Recently, “Variety Comes Alive” was added as our tag line.
Over the years we have grown and grown, with more music, more presenters and more variety that you deserve.

From hosting a show to doing paperwork, through to raising funds, we would be lost without our volunteers.
