Facts about Make-A-Wish Australia
Make-A-Wish® Australia creates life-changing wishes for children with a critical illness.
Since 1985, Make-A-Wish Australia has granted over 11,000 unique, inspiring and extraordinary wishes across the country.
Make-A-Wish Australia is currently supporting over 900 kids on their wish journey, so every dollar raised is crucial.
For everyone involved, wishes have a remarkable, uplifting, and positive impact—well beyond the wish itself.
Make-A-Wish Australia receives no government funding and relies on the wonderful support of the community to help make wishes come true.
Each wish is as unique as the child themselves.
For the month of April, we will be raising funds for this amazing organisation as we celebrate World Wish Month
The big event in our April fund raising calender is our Wish-a-Thon Marathon
From midday April 26th through to 6pm April 27th, our volunteer presenters will be in the studio bringing Perth’s true variety of music to you—that’s a 30-hour, full-on, variety extravaganza, wish-a-thon radio marathon!
Join your favourite presenter during the day, the afternoon, the evening or the very early morning (yes even at that time)
