We offer a welcoming place for people to access mental health information, services, and supports from qualified professionals. Anyone can reach out for support for themselves, a loved one or patient. It is free and no appointment or referral is needed.

Delivered by mental health professionals, you will be supported by a trained provider and welcomed by a trained peer worker who will guide you on arrival.
